Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed depending on shipping you selected at checkout! 

If you placed your order on a launch or restock day please allow 3-5 days for processing due to the high volume of orders! We are working to get all orders out as fast as we can <3

It takes 1 to 3 business days for tracking to update once you receive the shipment notification. If you still haven’t seen any movement after the 3rd business day please email us here, and we would be glad to help you out!

Orders placed after 5PM EST are counted as next business days order, so the processing time will officially start that day!

Orders placed on fridays after 3PM EST, weekends, and recognized holidays  processing time will start the next business day!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Right now we are only able to ship to Canada, Australia, and most countries in Europe! We are hoping to add more countries soon! If you have any questions on international shipping please message us here, and we will get back to you as fast as we can!

 

ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE:

If your order is being returned to our warehouse because the address was incorrect address please reach out to us, and we can arrange to get it sent back out to you. If your order is delivered back to us, and you haven’t reached out to us you will be refunded in the form of store credit!
