Refund policy

I am sorry, but since I am a small business with limited stock and high order volume I do not accept any returns or exchanges on my site! 

If your order is delivered containing a damaged or incorrect item(s) we would be glad to help! Please message us here!


**HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD**

During the holidays we will allow returns and exchanges on our site for ease of mind when getting someone a gift! Orders placed between November 1st - December 14th will be able to return or exchange item(s) in their order as long as they are eligible to be returned! All eligible item(s) that are being returned to us have to be back to our warehouse by January 14th.

Items not able to be returned include hats, gift cards, stickers, items in the flash sale collection, items marked as last chance, and items in orders containing free merchandise.

If you received Olivelynn as a gift, and are wanting to make a return you will receive a refund in the form of store credit gift card!

If you received Olivelynn as a gift, and are wanting to return the item you received we will need the name or email of the  person who placed the order! 

If the item that is being returned was from an order containing a free item. We will be able to refund you for 50% of the paid items price in the form of store credit.
