When will my order ship?

The fulfillment team will usually have your order packaged and ready for postal pickup in 2 to 4 business days. Shipping, within the US, generally takes 2 to 4 business days. During a busier season or after a major launch, please allow a couple of extra days for fulfillment and shipping.

 

Can I cancel or make changes to an order/personal info after I place an order?

No, we can’t make changes to orders or your personal information after your payment has been processed. There is a box before check out explaining this.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We currently have 2 methods of International shipping. Both require $10 USD at time of purchase. The first method takes 1 to 2 months, with most deliveries occurring in the 28-38 day window, and requires no additional fees at time of delivery. The second method is delivered in 7 to 10 days but requires additional fees at time of delivery. These fees vary by country, currency rate, etc.

 

How do I know what size to order?

Our Tees and Crews are unisex sizing, which means they run a little larger than normal women’s sizes.

 

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges but if you have any issues please email the customer service email so that I can do my best to help you out!

 

When do you restock?

I am restocking as often as possible. With this worldwide Pandemic, it has been very hard to get supplies in stock to create my designs. I can’t make promises regarding restocks until shipments actually arrive in my warehouse. Please follow my Instagram and TikTok for updates on restocks and new designs!

 

 

How do I become an ambassador for your brand?

I am so blessed to have so many people who want to represent my brand. Most of my models and ambassadors are customers who posted great pictures or videos wearing my designs. They tagged me and caught my attention. I contact them and we begin a collaboration!

 

 

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated since being notified the label was created?

It can take 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship once the label is created. If you haven’t seen any movement by the 4th day, email customer service at the address below.
